The one application everyone has besides Facebook is Microsoft Office. Microsoft Office is the world’s greatest and famous work program for studying, personal use, and office work. Microsoft Office includes Access, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher and Word. It’s used to create, view, edit, save and print documents. One of the most popular tools is the spell checker. In Computer Applications I have learned how to use each app of Microsoft Office successfully I believe these applications will help with my profession which is Sports Management.
PowerPoint is my favorite because I love creating slides adding pictures and different WordArt’s. PowerPoint suggest word processing, outlining, drawing, graphing, and presentation management tools- all designed to be easy to use and learn. PowerPoint will help me attract athletes and the way I present to them. My 2nd favorite application is Excel because you can create graphs and charts. Excel also provides functions and formulas, making it possible for your spreadsheet to automatically calculate and update results based on the data you input. My profession is Sports Management and Excel will help me keep track of the athlete’s information and money.
If I own a Managing company the most used application I will use is Access because it can hold a lot of data. Microsoft Access helps you analyze large amounts of information, and manage related data more competently than Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications. Microsoft Word is a word processing program that allows for the creation of both simple and refined documents. You can create documents such as resumes, letters, and fax cover sheets. Something new in Word I learned was to use formatting marks.
Personally Microsoft Office will increase the chances of me getting a job over someone who doesn’t know how to use it. The applications will help me with being more organized and help with my time management. Being able to use Microsoft office is a great skill to have. . Microsoft Word is a dynamic skill that is useful for both business requirements as well as basic day-to-day purposes.
